Christofer Cassuto - Lead Teacher/Program Director

Chris Cassuto has worked in education for the past six years as an assistant teacher, a lead teacher, an educational director and program director of early childhood facilities throughout Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.  With a Masters degree in early childhood education from St. Johns University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and journalism from New York University, Chris has developed an in depth understanding of communication and its value within early learning.  As founder of Christofer Bear, Chris is dedicated to creating a learning environment in which children can focus innate creativity through the lens of academic inquiry.

Elaina Stanzoni - Assistant Teacher/Admissions coordinator

Elaina’s passion for working with children has permeated a variety of fields and organizations throughout her career.  After graduating from CUNY Queens College with a BA in History and Sociology, Elaina worked as both an assistant preschool teacher in Brooklyn and as a literacy coach for the SEEK program.  Elaina has also served as an assistant director for leading after school programs such as Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation (SASF) and the Child Center of New York (CCNY) and as a coach, league director and referee of the Police athletic league!  Parents can rest assured that students under Elaina’s care will be fit, fun loving and full of life!
